Within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs. No small print, no surprises at checkout.
Every piece travels insured and well protected. And if something ever does happen, we’ll take care of it.

After your order, we prepare your piece by hand. It usually reaches you within 3–5 business days. We ship insured with DHL and Hermes. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive tracking by email.
We also deliver to Austria (€14.90) and Switzerland (€19.90) — insured and with tracking. You choose the destination in the cart, where the shipping cost is shown before you pay. Allow 3–7 business days, up to 10 for Switzerland.
Switzerland is outside the EU. On delivery, import VAT and a customs handling fee apply, payable directly to the carrier — the amount depends on the order value and is not charged by us. We do not currently ship to other countries; write to us and we will find a way.
